📜 How to Become a Resident of the FEZ?

Any of the following can become a FEZ resident:
✔ Commercial enterprise (legal entity)
✔ Individual entrepreneur
✔ Branches of companies
✔ Representative offices of foreign organizations

📍 Important: The entity must be duly registered in Armenia and conduct commercial activity exclusively within the FEZ territory.

🔹 1. Document Preparation
✅ Submit a brief description of your company’s activities to the FEZ Operator
✅ Sign a preliminary agreement of intent (MoU) with the FEZ Operator
✅ Prepare a business plan

🔹 2. Application Submission
📄 Submit a written application to the authorized state body — the Ministry of Economy of Armenia

🔹 3. Review of Application
🕒 The interdepartmental commission of the Government of Armenia reviews the documents within 10 days
📌 If approved, the case is transferred to other ministries (up to 10 more days)

🔹 4. Final Approval
📅 The Cabinet of Ministers reviews the application at a government session
⏳ A final decision is made within 15 days

📌 Result: The overall process takes between 10 to 35 days and includes several stages of review and coordination
