- Decree No. 1521-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated October 13, 2011, along with its annexes.
- The agreement signed on April 26, 2012 between the RA Ministry of Economy and Alliance FEZ CJSC on the establishment of the FEZ in the territories of RAO Mars CJSC and YerNIIMM CJSC.
